RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at help@tubamat.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.
To qualify for a return, your TUBA MAT must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

WARRANTY
Yes. Every TUBA MAT comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care and damage caused by incorrect storage are not covered.
Email help@tubamat.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and assist you from there.
If approved, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
